SASKATCHEWAN MARTIAL ARTS ASSOCIATION
3 TOURNAMENT RULE WAIVED FOR 2009/2010 SEASON.
Normally a competitor must qualify in a minimum of 3 tournaments in order to qualify for the Top 5 List.
Because the past season was a shorter season and thus included a smaller number of tournaments it has made it difficult for many athletes to attend the required number of tournaments.
In order to ensure the continuing success of the Provincial Championships and to uphold the high level of competition the SMAA Board has decided to waive the 3 Tournament rule for this season.
This means that the top five competitors in each division will qualify for the Provincials Top 5 List regardless of how many tournaments they have competed in.
Please notify your students, peers and fellow competitors of the change for this season.

THE PROVINCIAL QUALIFIERS LIST IS NOW POSTED. Please check the list to see if you will be competing at the Provincials.
